It engineers  and designs systems and structures for government entities, utilities, real estate operators and developers, miners, and contractors. Its four service areas comprise infrastructure (24% of total revenue), buildings (28%), environment (33%), and water (15%). ARCADIS has 400 offices in 40 countries spanning the globe, but its Arcadis US division is one of its primary segments.
